Through research, evaluation, and planning, G&A helps public and private agencies build their capacity, leverage resources, and improve organizational effectiveness. With over twenty years of experience providing consulting services, G&A has developed its own approach to meet each client’s needs.

Research & Evaluation
G&A designs research and evaluation projects for schools, agencies, and foundations. We conduct process, outcome, and impact evaluations, using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Strategic Planning
G&A conducts strategic planning, including background research and needs assessments, community input phases, development of mission and values statements, steering committee facilitation, best practice research, and production of a usable plan.
Organizational Development
G&A provides organizational development and coaching to a range of clients in education, public health, and social and human services.
Grant Development
G&A's proposals to local, state, and federal agencies have resulted in over four hundred million dollars in grant funds for schools and community organizations.
